Please allow a minimum of 72-business hours’ notice (Monday-Friday) by 10AM when placing orders. Special orders require a minimum of one week’s notice to ensure availability.
Transport/Delivery Fees: Delivery is free for orders over $45.00 within a 10-mile radius of Wellesley Hills; for orders below this value we have a $10.00 delivery charge. For orders outside our primary delivery area, charges depend on the overall value of the catering and delivery options: we will advise rates upon your choice of transport service.
Delivery Times: Our delivery times are between 8AM-Noon and 2PM-6PM unless arranged otherwise. We will make every effort to deliver your order on or before the agreed delivery time whenever possible. Please specify your preferred delivery time, providing a 45-minute window for our arrival. Delivery times may need to be altered to suit the delivery schedule. We cannot be held responsible for delays owing to exceptional traffic difficulties or weather conditions.
Catering orders placed less than 24 hours before delivery will incur a 20% rush charge (this also includes orders placed after 10AM on a Friday). At this time availability may be limited and we reserve the right to implement the substitution policy as necessary. All orders must be confirmed with a final headcount no later than 10.00AM, three business days (72 hours) prior to the event. The count can increase, but is not subject to reduction.
Cold food items are kept refrigerated until delivery. Please ensure it is kept under refrigeration and consumed within 2 hours of delivery. Hot beverages are either prepared onsite or delivered ready-to-drink from labeled stainless steel urns and/or airpots. To maintain the flavor integrity of our teas and coffees, beverage-specific urns must be rented from Dorset Café.
All orders will be delivered directly to your home or main reception area of your company (a signature may be required for proof of delivery). Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday (excluding Holidays); additional charges may apply for weekend and rush orders. Please notify us of any special parking/loading instructions when placing order, the level of service which best fits your needs:
- Delivery Only – drop-off at location: $45.00, unless within the complimentary delivery area
- Delivery + Set Up: add $20.00
- Delivery + Tea or Coffee Preparation: add $45.00
- Delivery + Set Up + Tea or Coffee Preparation: add $55.00
Pick-Up: If you wish to collect your order from the café, please notify us when placing your order. Please specify your preferred pickup time, providing a 1-hour window within that timeframe. Pickup times may need to be altered to suit our kitchen’s production schedule.
Holiday Charge: unless prior arrangements have been made, add $50.00 for delivery on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
