With the cold weather upon us, warm up with one of our new organic hot luncheon offerings. Chef's Specials vary daily and include:
Pizzette - Savor warm-from-the-oven flatbread with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, and the vegetable, salad, or meat topping of the day
Chicken “Pot Pie” - all-natural Bell & Evans chicken breast gently simmered with seasonal vegetables and herbs in a golden Supreme sauce, and topped with light puff pastry
Brougham Beef Stew - prepared in the traditional manner with savory lean beef, caramelized onions, sweet carrots, and potatoes
Plimoth Hot Sandwich - Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast Served Open-Faced on Country Wheat with Whole Cranberries and Butler's Gravy
Stuart Hot Sandwich - Extra-Lean Roast Beef Served Open-Faced on Country Wheat with Caramelized Onion Confit and Rich Jus-Gravy
